Crafting a new brand and basecamp for modern adventurers
AutoCamp Hospitality Group set out to create a new lodging brand designed for the modern outdoor enthusiast—affordable, practical, and seamlessly integrated into some of the country’s most iconic outdoor destinations. We were brought on from the inception of Field Station to develop the brand from the ground up, shaping everything from its name and messaging platform to its visual identity, website design, and on-site branded elements. Working with Camp4 Collective for production, our team built out the entire guest experience—designing merchandise and branded products, consulting on retail and experience programming, and scripting and producing launch content, including a brand anthem video and still photography.
With locations now open in Moab and Joshua Tree, and a third set to launch soon in Lake Tahoe, Field Station has quickly gained recognition for its unique approach to outdoor hospitality. The brand reimagines existing properties into vibrant, gear-friendly basecamps for adventurers, with smartly designed rooms, van life amenities, a curated gear shop, and communal spaces meant to foster connection.
